An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the youth (name withheld) from Kandaji Brariangan hanged himself at his home this morning and he died on the spot. The official said that it was not immediately known as to why the youth took this extreme step. "Police have registered a case and initiated proceedings in this regard," he said.
